Forest Guide

For over 20 years, Molle has been immersed in the transformative power of nature as an outdoor educator, adventure guide, and community health leader. Her passion was catalyzed early on by witnessing how simple acts like hiking and archery could profoundly impact lives - whether providing crucial social connection for an isolated widower, restoring confidence in someone recovering from trauma, or igniting pure joy in children and seniors alike.

Her healing philosophies were put to the ultimate test when her own family was rocked by a serious cancer diagnosis. Turning to the familiar comfort of forest bathing, nature journaling, and seeking solace in the great outdoors, Molle emerged with a renewed conviction - that daily nature practice is nothing short of essential for overall well-being, especially as we navigate life's most difficult transitions.

With over two decades of facilitating transformative outdoor experiences, Molle has developed unshakable expertise in adapting and ensuring nature reconnection is accessible to people of all abilities, ages and backgrounds. Her graduate studies in leadership and community health have provided a scholarly foundation, while her immersive training in forest therapy is allowing her to now synthesize ancient wisdom traditions with modern clinical applications.

For Molle, the path has become clear - to be at the forefront of a movement empowering active families to "ReWild" their lives through immersive nature experiences, empowering them to take control of their health and healing, the natural way.

Why?

As she simply puts it,
"Nature is waiting for us with open arms, inviting curiosity, calm, and connection to something greater than ourselves."

WHY NATURE?

Imagine stepping into a serene forest...
the scent of pine and earth filling your lungs,
the gentle rustle of leaves soothing your mind.

This is the essence of nature therapy and forest bathing,
a practice that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world.

By immersing yourself in the tranquility of nature,

you can experience profound physical, mental, and emotional benefits.

Why Nature Therapy?

Nature therapy harnesses the healing power of the outdoors to enhance overall well-being.

Scientific studies have shown that spending time in nature can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve mood.

The natural environment acts as a balm for the mind, reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, and fostering a sense of peace and balance.

The Magic of
Forest Bathing

Forest bathing, or "Shinrin-yoku," originated in Japan and involves immersing yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest.

This practice goes beyond just walking in the woods; it encourages a mindful, sensory experience that enhances relaxation and rejuvenation.

As you engage with the forest through all your senses, you’ll find your mind clearing, your heart rate slowing, and your body relaxing into a state of calm.

Why Participate

Participating in nature therapy and forest bathing is more than just a break from daily life—it’s a step towards a healthier, more balanced you. Picture yourself finding solace under a canopy of trees, feeling the sunlight filtering through the leaves, and hearing the symphony of birdsong.

These experiences not only provide immediate relaxation but also cultivate long-term resilience and inner peace. Join us and discover the transformative power of nature. Let the forest be your healer, your sanctuary, and your guide.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy centers on the profound connection between nature and well-being. By fostering a deep connection to nature, encouraging physical activity outdoors, and enhancing psychological health, we harness the therapeutic benefits of the natural world. We believe that engaging all the senses in natural settings promotes mindfulness, reduces stress, and nurtures emotional resilience, supporting overall health and vitality.

NATURE AS A PARTNER

We believe nature is not just a setting — it’s an active, living partner in the healing process. Rather than prescribing a path, we invite you to co-create each experience with the forest, letting nature guide, reflect, and support your journey toward balance and wholeness.

EVIDENCE-BASED BENEFITS

Our approach is grounded in science. Research shows that spending time in natural environments can lower blood pressure, reduce cortisol (the stress hormone), improve mood, and enhance focus. We integrate these findings with practical tools to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

INCLUSIVITY & ACCESSIBILITY

Nature belongs to all of us. We are committed to creating welcoming, inclusive experiences that honor diverse identities, abilities, and life journeys. Whether you're walking, rolling, sitting, or simply breathing with intention — there is a place for you here.

MINDFULNESS

Our philosophy leverages nature’s soothing influence to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. By immersing in nature's beauty, we enhance cognitive functions and emotional resilience, nurturing overall psychological well-being.

WHOLE BODY

We promote the benefits of outdoor exercise through activities like walking, hiking, and gardening, which support physical health and vitality. Our approach includes grounding practices like barefoot walking and engaging in outdoor recreation to reconnect with the earth.

CONNECTION

Our philosophy embraces the tranquility of forests, parks, and mountains, inviting you to experience the calming effects of nature. By engaging all your senses, we enhance mindfulness and presence, fostering a deeper connection to the natural world.
